  The relatively quiet central location; the very helpful and friendly staff; the large comfortable double bed and good size room. We had to stay in Grosseto because our campervan broke down so we did not stay there out of choice but in the event we enjoyed our stay immensely - Grosseto is not only very under-rated as a base from which to visit e.g.... hva folk sier » Castigliano da Pescaia, Pisa, the nature reserve, the coast and Massa Marittima, all by public transport, train and bus, which ran pretty much to tim - Very helpful and courteous staff excellent recommendations as to res taurants& activities

  We stayed for a weekend and it was a very pleasant experience. Our apartment was larger than expected (intended for 6 and there were just 2 of us). Our dog was more than welcomed by the helpful staff that gave us precious hints as to excellent restaurants in the area. - we found everything perfekt.
