we stayed here for 4 nights. very positive feeling left about this hotel. very helpful and friendly owner and staff. large apartment was very clean, tidy and well furnished. towels have been changed each day. wi-fi worked around whole hotel and not only in reception like in other hotels. parking big, free and secure with gates. restaurant on groun

Found last minute on letsbookhotel.com, price great! Accommodation way more than anticipated. We loved it. Nice welcome, efficient, shown to our room before unpacking. Shown how everything worked. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, with fantastic English. The location is great with free on/street parking right outside and just a 5 minute walk to the medieval walls and core of the town. Our room was cleaned daily and to a high standard, which although it wasn't that modern still felt very clean and comfortable. -

It's located in the 'old town' which is a small old walled
city, within the larger city. The pace is slow, relaxed and there's
a village feel within the walls. I don't think there are a lot of
english speaking tourists, and yet we had no trouble communicating with
only basic italian. Fuvia, the owner, is lovely and speaks perfect
english, although she is happy to give italian lessons! A lovely
stopover on the way from Tuscany to Rome.

We missed breakfast on the morning of our check-out, but were offered coffee & pastries prior to leaving the hotel. Grosseto is slightly off the beaten path, if you are on a tight schedule, but is well worth visiting.

reception if they knew anywhere to change and the one behind the
counter giorgio was so helpfull that he took me to two places around
town folowing his car untill we found what we wanted. Very very
helpfull. The Hotel is very easy to find, very good parking space and
good breakfast.
