very welcoming and helpful felt valued as customer - The staff were absolutely fabulous. We travelled with a small baby , andeveryone from the receptionist, to the dining room staff wereunbelieveably kind to us. They couldn't have done enough to help us.

This was my second time at the hotel. If you are staying in the Forli area then I think you will find the location excellent - 2 minutes from the airport and you don't hear the planes from inside the rooms. This time I stayed at one of the rooms at the back of the hotel, so there was no residual noise from traffic on the roads. (There are only two

We were there for one night and it was an excellent hotel for that purpose as it is down the road from the airport as we were getting an early flight the next morning.
