Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

  The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. - Very friendly staff and eager to help.   This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. We were met by Gaetano, who not only came early on a Sunday to let us into the apartment per our special request after traveling all night with an infant, but also gave us a short tour of the neighborhood, pointing out the important sp... hva folk sier » ots (places to get reasonably priced wine, grocery store, good restaurants, etc.). Not only did he orient us to the neighborhood, he then took us out - We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere » which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed (sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be limited.   My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence
