  Perfect location, wonderful view especially at breakfast, huge room, delicious breakfast with very pleasant wait staff....and great restaurant recommendations from concierge. An overall great hotel to stay when in Firenze! - The view, the room, the location, the romantic ambiance.

  The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". Also, staff was super nice and friendly, we were positively surprised with a present from hotel for the Orthodox Easter (we're both fro... hva folk sier » m Russia). So overall we had great time there. - The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. They recommended 2 restaurants f... hva folk sier » or us that were some of the best food on our trip. I can't wait to go backand stay again. With or without kids it would be amazing, and yes there is a - Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!
