  The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. The value for the price is ideal. - The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!

  I knew that I would be sharing a bathroom with two other rooms but it was in fact a shower room and the other guests were not too careful about mopping the floor after them so often wet. Other than this quibble (about the other guests, not about the guest house!) Good breakfasts, comfy sitting area (with better internet access than rooms) and very helpful owner. A - Our room was beautifully decorated. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast spread was fantastic and we enjoyed the little extras of having some scrambled eggs. It is located in the quieter part of Florence (across the river) but you can easily catch a bus to the train station/city centre, as well as up to Piazza Michelangelo (tickets cost €1.20 for 90 mins).

  The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". Also, staff was super nice and friendly, we were positively surprised with a present from hotel for the Orthodox Easter (we're both fro... hva folk sier » m Russia). So overall we had great time there. - The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

  The staff were very friendly and helpful, Because our flight to Florence was delayed and we were later than expected, the concierge came out to the street to look for us which was just as well as our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel's precise location! Very clean and comfortable room even had cooking area in close proscimity for self catering i... hva folk sier » f desired. Highly recommended - We loved having an apartment where we had the option to eat local food that we bought vs eating out. We loved the view and the cheerful colour of the apartment and the location, close to the Domo. And our hostess Alexandra was bubbly and friendly and we felt at home.
