The grounds are gorgeous, rooms comfotable and meals generous. I don't speak a word of Italian but still managed to communicate well enough with the sisters. It's nice to end the day of seeing Florence's sights with an evening here - stay for a dinner one night too. The bus into town is about 10min walk - so take a taxi there from station (about 12euro) if you've got baggage then jump on the bus the other days. I loved it here.

Hyggelig personale, god frokost, beliggenhet, familierom. - The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They even gave us drinks from our mini bar for free! Hotel also had free use of internet which came in usefull.

- Good location - only 10 minutes by tram to the city center. Hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood.

I had read the previous reviews and was somewhat apprehensive when booking. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel was extremely clean and all facilities looked brand new. The shower in my room looked as though it had never been used. The room was decorated in a very modern way and it was very comfortable. Downstairs the lobby was quite comfortable as was the adjoining restaurant to work and grab the internet connection. I will definitely stay here again!

Location was great and easy to access from the motorway. The gated parking assured us of the secure parking. Bus stop was a short walk down the street and about 15 minutes straight into the city. The room was tidy and acceptable for the price paid. It also had Air Conditioning, which was nice for our 90+ degree weather. -
