  I really like the location of the hotel, it is almost at the center of the city and close to the train station. the guy in charge of the hotel was very helpful and kind. he let us know about the attractions of the city showing them on the city map and drawing routes for us. besides he suggested a good restaurant and a nice wine shop. the decora... hva folk sier » tion is another plus. - The receptionist was so helpful, friendly, the location is just amazing, almost everything to see in Florence is walking distance. The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.

  The man who works here was incredibly helpful. We were running late on a train about to miss the check in window, and he waited an hour pass the set check in window for us. Hotel Aline is a great for anyone on a budget.   This is right in front of the cathedral/ museum across the railway station. Free WiFi is included even if it was not mentioned on our booking. The lady at the reception did not speak or understand English well, but was very helpful. She carried our luggage up the flight of stairs and was always cheerful. At a walk- able distance to the main piazzas and the Duomo. - We got the four person room, which was very affordable. The location was good and the room was decent. The towel I rented for 2 euros looked like a blanket so I wasn't happy, but it actually worked really well.
