I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place. I highly recommend it because I had a great time there. thank you very much for everything.

A 3-4 stars hotel room inside a traditional hostel (room 355 for 4 people) notwithstanding it's a place for young people. Very nice! 10 minutes walking from Florence Santa Maria Novella Railways station, 10 minutes from Duomo of Florence and Giotto Tower, 15 minutes by bus from very cheap car parks. Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.
