The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. The room was beautifully designed and very well equipped and comfortable. The location could not have been better. There was one receptionist who was very helpful (I think he was called Giuseppe). And the breakfast was outstanding (We'd stayed at a few different places in Italy on the trip but this was by far the best breakfast). -

Our suite contained a large balcony perfect for enjoyingan evening bottle of Chianti. - Tornabuoni Suites were fantastic and we would highly recommend them to any person wanting apartment accommodation in Florence. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.

We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.

We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.
