Everything, it is a very good quality hotel with excellent staff. Clean , Free breakfast. friendly .helpful staff. The Hotel is situated close to the train station which makes any trips easy to make. It is also a walking distance from the market and the rest of the city since Florence is not that big anyways. It was great to have a private bathroom included with our double room, which sometimes you don't see with hotels in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful, complementary breakfast was great and the hotels was priced reasonably.alle vurderinger »
It was quite a cheap hotel in an excellent location, close to the Firenze SMN train station and to the historical centre where all the tourist attractions are. close to all the major places of interest. the staff was very friendly and the position of the hotel was right in the centre of the city. the hotel is located very convient. walking distance from train station and the city centre. availability very close to station, there is internet connection, helpful staff.. the weather was so cold, I appriciated to have a chance to set a room temperature. Hotel is on great position, everything is few minutes from it. Kind personal. Room ok, clean, with bathroom. Little noisly - street and beer pub with live rock music. It does not have own parking - you use public garage, which is 28 euros per day! I will recomend it for young persons. The people were welcoming and helpful and I thought for the location and price it was good value. Good location, staffs are very useful. Not warm water and can not take a shower after oneday's travel.would like to see more computer accessiblity. We had a double bed in the room, which was rather small.It was difficult to find the hotel. From the outside it does not look like a hotel, and there is no big sign declaring it as such. Look for a door with a lot of intercoms on it on the left hand side of the street from the train station (probably 100 metres walk). The numbering system can be a little confusing on Via Nazionale. It was not possible to check in at 13.00, I had to check in later.there was no in room phone, and I couldn't get the one in the hall to work. The heat does not work well. Very noisy, we took a 3 beds room. There were a double bed and a singleone. The single bed was very uncomfortable (the second night we decidedto sleep the three of us in the double bed !). But I think that for 2people it would have been ok... It is rather noisy in the night as the hotel is located at the opposite of a club and the window can hardly keep out of the noise. The room is not warm enough.The midnight staff is very unhelpful. He used fluent English said that he can't speak English. The next day, we saw him use fluent English chatting with other guest. During my first night of stay,my bed infested with bed bugs.When I told the night porter who was himself asleep in the reception about them, he did not try to help and did absolutly nothing and went back to sleep. I left the hotel at 3 am after spending an hour checking my bags and clothes for any infestation. I left my hand bag in the room as it was infested with bugs.I left and slept in the park.
