junior/family suite. While the downstairs of this duplex room is
fairly compact, and the balcony holds only 2 people, we loved it here.

The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents. Everything! The room had a rustic feel with beautiful furnishings and bedding, but with free wifi and flat screen TV (nothing in English though). The view from the balcony must be the best in all of Cortina d'Ampezzo, absolutely breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable.

Clean and lovely room, nice view. Great bed!! Friendly staff. It is not far from the town center and would be about a 10 minutes walk to get there.
We stayed during the low season, but will have no hesitations going back to this place during a hectic winter week in the middle of the fantastic Dolomites!

All the staff were exceptionally good.
The Half board food was very good and restaurant & bar staff could not have been more helpful.
Reception went out of their way to help.
The shuttle bus driver was equally good.
In all a superb holiday experience.

I loved heaters in my room, instead of air conditioning, cleanliness just excellent, old fashion style makes you feel staying in the castle, breakfast various, fresh and good, as much of fresh coffee as I needed. Staff was really kind. Right in front of the hotel skibuses's stop.
