  An attentive and handy staff, a clean and spacious room, a very nice view on the town and mountains, comfortable facilities, a good swimming pool, a good choice of meals for breakfast, gourmet restaurants for dinner - I liked everything.Practically faultlessly!!!The stuff is very friendly and helpfull.top quality hotel!

  I stayed here in July 2013 with my three teenage children in a junior/family suite. While the downstairs of this duplex room is fairly compact, and the balcony holds only 2 people, we loved it here. The rooms are modern and clean, with a wooden, modern chalet look. The beds are excellent and the shower is huge. We had a couple of lunches and dinne... hva folk sier » rs at the hotel (some outside on the terrace with views of the Dolomites and meadows) and the food is outstanding, at normal prices for this quality a - A cozy luxury hotel with an amazing view of the dolomite mountains that you can also enjoy from the indoor pool and the relax room of their incredible spa. The staff is extremely gentle and caring. The restaurant is worthing a try, very good food and view. This hotel pays attention to every small detail and makes your stay incredibly pleasant.

  Everything is excellent, the location, view, staff & service. They are very helpful & professional. Value of money for 5 star hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. - Location is perfect. Spacious Bedroom and a real third bedroom for our kid. Bar service , concierge and front desk very professional.

  The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, from the two lovely ladies I met at check-in, to the nightshift manager, who helped me during my checkout at 5:30 a.m.! Since I wanted to eat a traditional Italian pizza, the lady at the reception was extremely helpful pointing me to the right direction! What a treat! The room was clean, very spacious for a double room, with a big bathroom, a lot of closets, a large table with bench sitting, and a v - Paola went well beyond her call of duty as manager of the hotel and helped us with a variety of travel needs: From offering helpful suggestions on where to eat, to helping us find and reserve a room near the Marco Polo Airport before our departure.
