The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents. The Half board food was very good and restaurant & bar staff could not have been more helpful.
Reception went out of their way to help.
The shuttle bus driver was equally good.

I loved heaters in my room, instead of air conditioning, cleanliness just excellent, old fashion style makes you feel staying in the castle, breakfast various, fresh and good, as much of fresh coffee as I needed. Staff was really kind. Right in front of the hotel skibuses's stop.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, from the two lovely ladies I met at check-in, to the nightshift manager, who helped me during my checkout at 5:30 a.m.!
Since I wanted to eat a traditional Italian pizza, the lady at the reception was extremely helpful pointing me to the right direction! What a treat!

Paola went well beyond her call of duty as manager of the hotel and helped us with a variety of travel needs: From offering helpful suggestions on where to eat, to helping us find and reserve a room near the Marco Polo Airport before our departure.
