They were really friendly, we had a problem with arriving at midnight,
but they sorted it out promptly, and as one of us was ill they allowed
us late 15:00 check out free of charge even though I offered to pay. As
it was Easter Sunday they had an Easter Egg on my sons table :) -
The staff was nice and friendly, we have enjoyed the evening at the

The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents. I stayed here in July 2013 with my three teenage children in a
junior/family suite. While the downstairs of this duplex room is
fairly compact, and the balcony holds only 2 people, we loved it here.
The rooms are modern and clean, with a wooden, modern chalet look. The

A cozy luxury hotel with an amazing view of the dolomite mountains that you can also enjoy from the indoor pool and the relax room of their incredible spa. The staff is extremely gentle and caring.
