  The hotel and the area in general very quiet outside of the ski season, which suited us fine. Rooms well appointed with great views from the balconies. Manager was very friendly and booked us in to a nearby restaurant before it closed.   Staff excellent, very helpful and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. extra to pay for spa but very useful to have after a day of trekking - Very friendly stuff, and great location in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The room was clean and spacious; wifi also works quite well.

Nice, clean, typical alpine architecture and ambiance. Comfortable - basic but with all you need at hand. Small and personally familyrun property.   Umberto was a superbly helpful manager and I cannot praise him enough. He was not only excellent during our stay - nothing was too much trouble, and he devoted a very personal attention to everybody. He personally phoned us in England before our trip to find out more about our requirements. The hotel is in the traditional alpine chalet style. I - The staff were outstanding, even helping us upstairs with all our baggage, and then bringing internet research on the opening times of local attractions. Nice breakfast. WiFi worked OK even in our rooms. The town is in a great location with a cable car up to very high altitude where the kids enjoyed midsummer snow.

  Very good location although a little difficult to find as there were so many hotels in the same area. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Right in the middle of town so very convenient. - Excellent location, right in the middle of town, so it is easy to walk anywhere. The staff was very good and made you feel welcome. Their english was good.

  All the staff were exceptionally good. The Half board food was very good and restaurant & bar staff could not have been more helpful. Reception went out of their way to help. The shuttle bus driver was equally good. In all a superb holiday experience.

  Everything! The room had a rustic feel with beautiful furnishings and bedding, but with free wifi and flat screen TV (nothing in English though). The view from the balcony must be the best in all of Cortina d'Ampezzo, absolutely breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable. Kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Small bath - Clean and lovely room, nice view. Great bed!! Friendly staff. It is not far from the town center and would be about a 10 minutes walk to get there. We stayed during the low season, but will have no hesitations going back to this place during a hectic winter week in the middle of the fantastic Dolomites!
