  We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated.   We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Later the gentleman on reception was just as helpful and kind with his superb restaurant recommend... hva folk sier » ation for dinner. The location and room were great for what we wanted - central, easy and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly rec - Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

  The hotel was lovely. the rooms were quite small but perfectly adequate. we had a room overlooking the lake with a balcony which was lovely and it had air conditioning. Our room was basic but very clean & comfortable with a lake view. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The on-site restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and Giorgio & the other waiters were great, the complimentary limoncello finished the night off perfectly! Prices were very reasonable too. The staff were absolutely delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location to visit other towns on Lake Como--steps away from the boat that takes you around the lake. Walking distance to an inexpensive grocery and a mini bar to store food in. No noise issues at all. Excellent hotel.

Maybe not that good value for money compared to other cities, but generally the cities around lago como are expensive, so in that respect the price is okay. Breakfast was varied and always topped up when things ran out. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. A lovely hotel which we would go back to.
