  The hotel was beautiful. It was decorated to a high standard and was very clean. The staff were also very friendly. - Loved the staff, very helpful and we even decided to extend our stay by 2 nights

  Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

  location was fantastic, english-speaking staff very friendly and helpful with regards to trains, ferries where to find things, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Considering the last-minute booking, we found that we got good value for our money - i found all the staff extremely helpful and spoke excellent English

  Kind personal and fairly good breakfast. Nothing fancy, just annoter hotel. Maybe not that good value for money compared to other cities, but generally the cities around lago como are expensive, so in that respect the price is okay. Breakfast was varied and always topped up when things ran out. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. A lovely hotel which we would go back to.
