Location is amazing. On the hill top with 270deg panorama view and only one light on horizon. Constant thermic breeze provide freshness, even in very hot days. Wild life with bunnies, foxes, badgers and deer visiting you at evening. Ideal place to relax from daily runs. Potential for many sport activities e.g. tracking, biking, riding, paragliding. Good starting point for day trip to small and big pearls of Umbria, Tuscany and Marche. Not crowded yet.
