I've been in Cefalu 4 times and can say for sure that this is one of the best places to have holidays in Cefalu. Everything was perfect especcially the staff - Nico and Ale. They are opened-hearted, friendly and ready to help in any time you want. And, of caurse, if you are interested in foreign languages, you have a unique chance to study italian o english, o romanian because they speak fluently in all of this languages. The location is excellent. B&B is located in the heart of Cefalu on P.
alle vurderinger » Just about everything. Ally is a very hard working, friendly host, who carried our very heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs and it was a very hot day! Scirroco is in the best location. Not far from the train station and walking distance from the shops, beach and nearby attractions. The accommodation is modern and kept spotlessly clean. Great shower!And comfy bed. And provided you get good weather (we did), breakfast on the roof is beautiful.Fresh sweet croissants (lovely fillings) each day. Being. This B&B certainly deserves the high rating on letsbookhotel.com. In fact, it should be higher. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Cefalu, overlooking a bustling piazza, close to everything. There is a fantastic terrace, probably one of the highest in the city, with the rock of Cefalu towering above. Our room was clean, quiet, comfy, and above all very modern. Our host was great. Very warm and friendly, with great English. Breakfast was simple but very nice B&B style: select. The roof terrace is stunning, especially at night - we watched a spectacular storm at sea from the huge, beautifully designed terrace which is open to guests at all times with incredible views of the mountains and sea and overlooking a charming square where locals meet up. There is a nice kitchen that guests can use too. Delightful staff, so helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast served on the covered roof with billowing white drapes and palms. Gorgeous. My wife and I stayed at Scirocco for the last two nights of our 12 day holiday in Sicily. We loved everything about it and it was a perfect end to our holiday. Located right in the centre of the town makes it an ideal location. Spotless rooms, clean throughout. The roof terrace alone is a treat - views over the whole town well worth spending some time admiring the views and sunset. Owners very helpful. A fabulous location right in the heart of the old centre of Cefalu...wonderful clean rooms with colour themes...excellent hostess Nicole...large upstairs roof terrace for drinks & breakfast with stunning views of town & sea...excellent breakfast...worth walking up the 3 flights of stairs!!..recommend only take in overnight luggage...had to park down by the sea away from the hotel. Oh great place for everyone who would like to eat breakfast at the top of the building and looking at sea and mountains. And the girl from B&B is amazing and she is already hate us (me and my girlfriend) but we love this girl :) So I would like, proudly recommend this place to live, sleep, eat and everything what you would like to do in Cefalu! Cheers!. I can only suggest Scirocco to everybody who can walk up to the 3rd floor! Room was excellenet, stylishly furnitured and modern. Hosts were very kind and fluent in English. Location is excellent. We were by car and we could find parking place easily. Roof terrace is amazing! Magyaroknak egy kis plusz: a vendégláró ifjú hölgy nagypapája magyar!. The young girl in B & B Scirocco was fantastic - she was very helpful and polite, would not even accept tips! Helped me with my suitcase op and down the stairs. That's my job, she said ..... Fantaisk overlooking the sea and mountains from the kitchen and terrace and a nice view of the mountains and the small piazza from the room. The room I stayed is beautifully coordinated in blue color. I liked it very much and felt comfortable. There is a common kitchen. I made some light meal and enjoyed it on the rooftop where you can look up the fort of the rear mountain and look down all over town and the sea. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you. I would highly recommend this b and b to anyone going to Cefalu. It's very clean, has the most perfect roof terrace to enjoy whenever you want and the 2 sisters who run it are a delight. Even the 3 flights of stairs were manageable - just think of it as a way to combat all the extra calories you'll eat at breakfast!. A very well run B&B. They offer yogurt, fruits, coffee, tea, milk, bread. The rooms and bathroom are clean and confortable. The inside of the B&B is newly renovated and well-cared and designed. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent: located in the heart of Cefalu, close to shopping and historical center. The location is superb with short walks to the magnificent Cathedral, restaurants and the beach. The breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable with a view of the whole town. Nicole is just lovely and is running her BnB wonderfully. The rooftop terrace was probably the highlight for me, although everything else was great too. It was a bit of a sugar overload after a few days of the same. 4th Floor - not able to use lift (yet!) - Apparently it is privately owned by another tenant. However they are in process of applying foruseage, but will only go to 3rd Floor (which is understandable). Broken elevator. Parking in Cefalu is not good, but that's not the B&B's fault. Parking not easy - we spent about an hour looking for a parking space. Croissant was not fresh but prepackaged (preserved) for breakfast. This is the only thing what I can criticize. 4. floor and no elevator. Something savoury for breakfast would have made a nice change!. Nothing. rooms on the 3rd floor and the elevator is not working probably, so you need to take your stuff in the hands; bathroom not in the room directly but across the hall (in our case). Nothing I didnt like although would prefer some savoury choices like boiled eggs, cold meats for breakfast although cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries are plenty to start the day. a smell of drains from the bathroom. Hearing other guests struggling with working door locks. They should tell you that the elevator do not work. They should also have a taxi number innthe casemyou need one. Although it was announced that free public parking place was available near location, we could just find free parking place about 1,0km away. From 20h00 to 09h00, you may park your car closer (about 400 - 500m) in the street. If you don't handle stairs well this is probably not the ideal place for you to stay as it is on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. Needing better signage going up the 3 flights of stairs. Parking is difficult. Try parking on the ocean front. 6 euro for 24 hours. Appartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the room and location makes up everything. It is Bed&Breakfast on the 3rd flour without elevator!. Lift is not available. Nothing!. Stairs! Lift was not operational in the building meaning you had to climb endless flights of stairs to get to the B&B. Not easy with luggage. In sixth floor with no elevator, not convenient to carry luggage. parking is a huge problem. we were not helped properly find a parking spot either.
