  Our two day visit coincided with their first day of operation this year and the weather was lousy. But the place was so nicely appointed and the host so accomodating that we completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Rino put out a complete and delightful breakfast and then allowed us to use his large diniing table all day to assemble a picture puzzle.... hva folk sier » The building was completely remodeled only two years ago and is kept immaculate. The internet was supplied by cable to the small desk in our room (fa - B & B is situated outside Anzio, but there is both train and bus connexion to town. Nice beach vith fish restaurants. Fantastic sunsets. Clean and nice decorated rooms. Very nice garden. Very good and plentiful breakfast vith home baked very tastyful tarts. The owners very friendly and helpfull.

  Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly - Roberta, the chef, created one of the best dinners we had in Italy for our 2 week vacation! Great outdoor area includes huge deck, 2 large pools and beach volleyball.
