  Lovely Villa set in own grounds with beautiful gardens. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and good facilities. Great breakfast. Reasonably close to Palermo (by car). Also close to seaside at Mondello (again by car) - It is a fantastic building and the spa is great with a vey nice pool and sunbathing terrace.   What a grand views we had with balcony facing sea and rocks. It is best view even better than amalfi coast. Breakfast was superb. The only one served boiled eggs in a month Italy trip. Great staff and with reasonable good English to communicate. - friendly staff, good food at restaurants around, beautiful views, good entertainment,
