  The proprietor is very nice and helpful. The building is new and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Two of our four rooms had balconies where we could enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The Etruscan-themed decor is interesting. - This is a lovely, clean B&B with spacious rooms and great views.   We loved the staff at this unusual location. The breakfast was more than ample and lovely to go and have at the local bar/cafe which is open from 5am! Super clean rooms and new furbished, we would love to come back when we come to visit family again and hunt for a permanent residence!
