I just loved this hotel. Its location is impressive on a steep hillside with views to match. Well worth the trouble of finding. Access is easy once you know how it works and the restaurant at the bottom of the hill was first class. -

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful beyond our expectations.
The location is wonderful. Just 15 min from Trento but totally secluded,
with a gorgeous little lake and fantastic view of the Dolomites.
Restaurant on site had an amazing choice of 50 pizzas and a delicious
menu for any budget. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy.
We would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Specially if you
like privacy.

Hotel Vela was very close to Trento and with our rental car, it was convenient. It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first due to the road construction but just follow the signs. We visited Vela on the way from France to Austria. And were impressed with the staff friendness (all of them speak English and very helpful!) and with the cuisine. Dinner was wonderful! Pizza menu is written on 3 pages! Great meat, nice local wine, testy Limonchello liquor. Children also were very pleased with dinner. Our car enjoyed underground secured parking. So we highly recommend this hotel for all the travellers who like comfort and good meals!
