We loved staying at Tenuta Montzeglio. The rooms were very comfortable and the setting beautiful. The food was excellent. Each day we were asked a few questions about what we wanted to eat and although we never saw a menu we were always delighted with the food. We also loved the plates of salami and chees that came with our afternoon drinks.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm. The parking is very comfortable. The room is not fancy but clean, large and beautiful with a great view to the lake. There is an Orta Lake beach near the hotel with free entrance to hotel guests. Hotel position overlooking the lake.
Excellent food in restaurant. But our holiday was made by the kind attentions of the manager, Otello. Nothing too much trouble and he was the one ray of sunshine in what was disappointing weather for time of year. Whilst we were there, wifi was installed but only available in reception area at the moment. Big bonus.

Casa sul Lago has a wonderful position on fhe lakefront and is just a short walk from the village Orta San Giulio. It has magnificent views across the lake and is an easy drive to Lake Maggiore. We enjoyed the peace and serenity of this apartment. -

The building was very new so everything was clean and modern. The room was very clean, and the fridge was useful, although a little noisy. Lovely walk in shower. The terrace had comfortable chairs and a view of the garden. The evening meal was amazing, no choice, but lots of small tasting courses, with food that was homemade. -

We had a great meal in the restaurant - very good value and excellent food. Breakfast was good too - lots of fresh cakes!
