The central location and friendliness of staff - I liked the Zanhotel Regina very much, since the hotel is situated near the town center and the railway station and all the important sightseeing points can be easily reached on foot! Excellent staff (spoke fluent English), very clean and perfect location. - all staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. the hotel was perfectly situated close enough to walk to the centre of bologna and far enough so you got a proper feel for the area.
