We liked the size of the bedroom and the size of our bathroom. We very much enjoyed the kitchen (it's fully equipped and we used it every single day), the terrace with a sea view (breakfast are served there + we always had our dinner there too) and the communal space: living room and the kitchen/dining room.
The owners are super nice and helpful. If they cannot answer your question right away they will sure find out for you.

Everything is much more that you may expect for this price. Great room with a separate bathroom, large kitchen with all the facilities, the best balcony ever with a perfect view on the sea and the sunset. All you may need during the trip is in the flat, you can use it all. All the information you may need is kindly provided by the host who is native and knows all the details. The bus stop is nearby, the supermarkets are close. The best location right in between the old town and the beaches. Piz.

- bathroom was outside my rom but every room has its very own private bathroom, so that was no problem

L’Ambra is very well located- on the same street as the Railway Station (0,3 km away) if you are travelling by train or there is a bus stop in a few steps. The beach is across the street, there are supermarkets very close and walking to the Old City is along the seaside.
My room was spacious and warm, having an external bathroom (very spacious and clean) was not an issue, as it was just across the corridor. Above all, Rosanna is an amazing hostess and serves great breakfast. I am looking forw.
Very clean facilities. Comfortable common spaces with great kitchen and lounge facilities. Self-catering is completely possible. Terrace where breakfast is served is perfect for watching the sunset over the beach. Beach is very close. 3 large supermarkets on the same block. Airport bus stop about 50m away. They even had some umbrellas and sunscreen available for guest use. Free, fast wifi. I would highly recommend. Wish I could have stayed longer!.
Rosanna, the landlady, is a very kind, helpful lady who does perfectly her job! The B&B is very well located, near the beach, airport bus stop and supermarkets, about 10-12 minute walking distance to the old town. Decent breakfast on the terrace (if weather allows), nice view from there, good place to relax and meet other guests, not crowded because there are only 3 rooms in total! Great value for money! Highly recommended!.
Perfect location - it's easy to reach a beach, a center, the supermarket and a bus stop to airport is near. Rooms a clean, you can use a big kitchen and a dining room. Free Wi-fi and English speaking owner (not very often in Sardinia :) BTW, the owner ir the best part of our stay (I forgot his name), who really care about us and really helped. We felt like we had the italian speaking friend :).
The proprietor was lovely. Great service, nice breakfast, gorgeous terrace, and ample rooms. The bathroom is outside the room (next to the room), but still private. The price was right, the walk into Alghero was only about 15 minutes and only 5 minutes to a grocery store. The kitchen is open for all guests, so we were able to make food one night and eat out on the terrace.
The place was spacious and clean. Very comfortable with my own bathroom although it is across the hall. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. Hostess Rosanna was very interesting to talk to. Although the apartment is in the newer part of the city it is a block away from the harbor boulevard, so a beautiful, safe, 15 minute walk from the old city.
Lady was very nice and helped us with all we asked for. Place is just a few meters from the beach, BUS stop infront of the BB, shop, restaurant, bike/car rent too. Breakfasts were really good compare to normal Italian standard (sweet ones). Fully furnished kitchen, spacious bathrooms, balcony.

Rosanna was a lovely host and made me feel at home. She makes a great breakfast and even remembered it was my birthday and gave me a rose. The place is in a great, central location and very clean & homely with views of the beach and landscape. I wish I could've stayed longer :-).

I was in Alghero also in BaB Panorama, but L´Ambra was much better and even with better price.
Rosanna was a great host, she helps you with questions you might have about the city and things to do. She makes a great breakfast and does an amazing job keeping the place clean and comfortable.
Everything. I had to leave at 5 o'clock in the morning and the owner prepared the coffe for me, I only had to ignite it. Nice location on seaside, close to the centre and to the airport bus stop.
This was the best place I have stayed, it had an amazing view, it was easy to cook in the kitchen, which was just for guests. The hostess was so nice and everything was impecably clean.

I stayed here for 1 night in September. My bedroom (which was spacious and clean) was up 3/4 flights of stairs (I can't remember exactly). It seems all the rooms are on the top floor of an apartment block. The shared bathroom was next door to my bedroom. I arrived late and left early the next morning. This type of accommodation suited my needs that night and it cost me EUR30. The bus stop to the airport is only a few minutes walk away. If I was staying in Alghero for a few nights this w.

Little bit hard to find. There is no obvious sign so make sure you know the address. Use the buzzer on the gate that says L'Ambra.
Not a TV set in the room, only in the leaving/common room!.
Admittedly we were there at a time when the weather was terrible, but our room was so cold. I never warmed up the entire weekend. The bed was crazily uncomfortable. My husband could feel springs in the bed and the pillows were terrible.... I still have a neck ache.

The quality of pillow mattress could be better, on the other hand my girlfriend was okay with it.
