  This was a great 2 star hotel! Extremely clean - very helpful staff and spacious rooms. Opposite the train station, which made it a great base in which to explore Assisi from.   The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is centrally located and all the key parts of Assisi were within easy walking distance. - I had everything I need in my room and nice breakfast included! The room was always clean.
