  Very nice and helpful staff. Although our room had not prepared for our arrival we were offered solution was fast and right. I really appreciate it. The family room is two interconnecting rooms (it is great). - The hotel is right in the center with a great view, is very clean and comfortable.

  Really loved the rooms. The shared bathroom was never busy and didn't notice other guests. Amazing value for money and situated 10 minute walk from station and 2 minutes from town square. - Room was very spacious and well decorated. Location was ideal and easy to find. Staff very friendly.   The receptionist spoke very good English. Before our arrival, she called and asked if we needed any kind of pick-up service, which she then organised. She also arranged our return. In the hotel reception, there was always fresh fruit available for the guests.
