We were traveling with my parents and had the most comfortable quadruple room for two couples. The female daytime staff person was so helpful with everything (cabs, transport, restaurants). She went over and above spending almost 90 minutes helping me find an English website and proper way to turn off my Italian sim card. Great hotel for airport travel

The tea in the afternoon was a nice touch and the availability of the shuttle service was great. We took a cab to the hotel from the airport 30Euros..as compared to the 15 charged by the hotel.
