The room I was staying in was absolutely fabulous, but the best thing was the kindness of Alessia, the receptionist: I can't really imagine a better treatment, she was helpful and very nice to me and my friend and really made us feel like at home.   Although this hotel is quite a way out in suburbs,it was not a problem. Shuttle bus service v/good and the 654 Bus to and from Cinecitta Metro station was right near the hotel. We had had excellentluck with the hotels that we had booked before on bookings.com and this certainly held true with this one as well.
