The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building.
The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift.

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice
and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken
care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around
the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative

Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. We stayed in hotel Labelle with my boyfriend for 3 nights. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. -

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, providing us maps and directions for visiting the city. They speak English very well. It's a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, maximum 10 minutes to the subway. At the Valle Aurelia Station you go up an then go by foot on Via Anastasio II. Also there is a bus station in front of the hotel, with 2 buses leading in different areas in the city center.
The room was simple with old furniture, but it was clean, with enough space and a nice balcony.
All in all, it's a good place to crash when on a budget; good value for money.
