There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. She hurry have room attendant to clean the room ASOP for us. room is large, so does bathroom. the area is quiet, peaceful & relax with a beautiful garden surround w flowers. it is very close to Airport & bus is in front of main road. you can buy bus ticket w reception. I highly recommend & will come back when I will be in Venice.Few restaurants near by at 10minutes walk
