Located in Arad, close to Dead sea, Masada, En Geidi, etc. Mr. Avi owns
a house and lives upstairs, 4 appts downstairs are to rent. I travelled
with mom and we had a very good time, Avi is always ready to assist,
told us what to see and what to do, treated us with home made cakes and

choice to stay. There is a nice pool in Arad, winery and different paths
through mountains, max 30 mins by car to the Dead sea. -
Avi's warm welcome and his good plans to visit the region.
Desert view is ideally located to visit the various touristic places in and around the Negev ( dead sea, eing gedi oasis, masada, makhtesh ramon,...etc).
Even if we didn't have time to taste it, Avi can prepare a real israeli breakfast for you.

We enjoyed our stay at Inbar hotel because it was the perfect affordable accommodation to allow us to enjoy the Dead Sea.
Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet had something for everybody. Dinner buffet was also definitely worth the money for us, so we didn't have to leave the hotel after a long day exploring! -

Our experience in Arad was severely impacted by the manger of these Hotel. His name is MOSES. He was extremely kindly and with only 15 minutes of conversation we had a very nice time. Wish I could stay on more day only to talk more with this guy. He gave us nice tips.

The proprietors were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a lovely place to stay. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a shower room and kitchen en suite. There was a lovely private terrace area outside with table and chairs. The house is on the edge of the town, with a view of the footpath over the hills to Massada. It is close to a view point where we watched the sunrise over the foot of the Dead Sea and surrounding desert. Great view.

Very friendly, relaxed and helpful hosts. We had to get up at 5AM to see the sunrise at Masada. They got up even earlier to make us a take-away breakfast. -

I highly recommend staying at Zimmer Mantur. -
I highly recommend this place. The owner is very kind, and the 'room' is like half a house! It was very spacious and comfortable, and quiet as well. It's in a residential neighborhood of Arad, which itself is a very cute town. It's also only about 20 minutes from Masada, making it an excellent place to sleep before getting up early to do the sunrise hike. A very nice break from hotels.
