  We thought (my wife and I) the weekend in the hotel was brilliant, the hotel was lovely, food excellent and staff very friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and I must say I would definetly go back again. The value for money i.e. the room, spa, etc was very good. - The staff were very helpful and gave a sense that nothing was too much trouble ... hva folk sier » for them. The venue was lovely as was the food and the treatments which we recieved at the hotel spa.

  nice hotel, comfortable room which was large with living room and kitchen dining facilities.. Opted for superior suite. Did not eat in the al a carte restaurant but the bar served thai food which was very good and reasonably priced. Pool and other facilities very good. - Our hotel room was first class.   The receptionist Sinead was very helpful and friendly. When I had a flat tyre the next morning and the car hire company (Hertz) wouldn't help, she found someone to change the tyre for me, and then located the nearest tyre depot and gave me detailed written directions. I'd also like to say thanks a million to Arthur the waiter who changed the wheel... hva folk sier » for me and refused to take abnything for his time & trouble. I think both Sinead and Arthur should be recommended for employees of the year award - I never thought that I could afford the Yeats Country Hotel as I always had the impression that it was out of my league. While we only stayed over night I must commend the service and the room. Yeats Country Hotel is the only hotel establishment that we have stayed in Ireland that served drinking tea properly.
