Staff was friendly, service was impeccable. Earl of Thormond restaurant had fabulous food and attentive wait staff. Gluten free options available.
Breakfast was delicious as well with many options.
Falconry lesson was a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable handler. TJ was a Harris Falcon and not intimidating.

The beautiful location! The grounds are wonderful and well kept. You just can't beat it. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are large and have heated mirrors so they never fogged up. The staff is hospitable and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to take advantage of all the amenities.

The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class. Will definitely come back. -

I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!

We've never stayed here before but we enjoyed our stay so much we are definitely going back next year!! All of the staff were lovely but Ella and Steve in the Bar really stood out!
