  I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!! Lovely welcome back to our room after a fantastic time at Celine Dion concert to find towels changed in room and lovely choclolate on our bed not to mention our slippers waiting bes... hva folk sier » ide the bed along with a lovely "Good Night" mat!! - We arrived at 10am from an overseas flight and they had the room ready for us--great room with great pillows and bed.   The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean!   Loved the room. (Room 202). When you went in the room door there was a living room area with 2 arm chairs, coffee table, fire place, TV, and an eating table with 2 chairs. Off that room was a small kitchen - the basics tea/coffee and ample storage. Next room was the bedroom. This was quite big with a very big comfy bed. I didn't avail o - Excellent value. I was worried about all the reports on noise, but it didn't bother me at all. It is fairly clear that it is going to be noisy anyway. Anyone complaining about this has been warned by other reviews and by the hotel's own website. It is ideal for anyone on a budget. Drinks were 2.50 at the bar and a large selection of meals from 6euro. If you prefer to be part of the party this place is great for you.

  This was one of the best trips I've had to Dublin. My flight was delayed, and my husband's flight was ever more delayed, so we arrived late at night, tired, hungry and grumpy.
