Very friendly staff at reception on checking in, and out. Got an upgrade, really appreciated! Unfortunately had to leave very early next morning! - The ambiance of the whole place is so restful. It is very quiet, the food is excellent and the staff are very helpful and polite.

The food was very good and the Staff were friendly and helpful. As I had a broken ankle, I sincerely appreciated the wheelchair provided and the help and concern I received from the Staff. The beautiful location! The grounds are wonderful and well kept. You just can't beat it. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are large and have heated mirrors so they never fogged up. The staff is hospitable and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to take advantage of all the amenities.

I love how central the Banner Lodge is. It makes the weekend so much cheaper when your not paying for taxis. The rates are very good aswel, they are extremely reasonable. I stayed in the banner lodge for the first time in June, I liked it so much that when I was booking a hotel for September up there I didn't even look at other hotels.
