The rooms are very nice, very clean, the shower is great, nice lcd tv, that's even romantic with the subdued lights, you've got a nice view on the swimming pools and even the sea (just a little). The staff is very very very friendly, very helpful and smiling, that's wonderful. You've got a nice breakfast : Continental, American or Indonesian. The place is very quiet, nothing to bothers you in the night or whatever. The spa is very nice, and the beautician is very kind and nice.

The location is quite unknown, even the taxis drivers don't know where is it (Jl. Nabor), it would be better if there could be more signs to locate the hostel. i realy nothing to critict or complain about this hotel. just perfect for my family. Nothing at all!. Location is hard to find and you need a taxi to travel anywhere [Taxis are incredibly cheap so it didn't really matter.]. Some personnel had low level of english language. You need a motorbike or car to get out of there, food could be better but all in all a great location. breakfast menu was small, but this is because of still new hotel and not very busy, I am sure this will change. A bit remote, but the staff is very much willing to help you and drives you to the nearby beaches for free. - Hard to find, since there is only a small sign at the mainroad. The breakfast is slow service. The location cant be reach via walking. Lots of rules.
