alle vurderinger » The Djoyo had the most friendly, generous staff of any place we've stayed. It seems like the owner is not trying to make a profit but genuinely just wants everyone to have a nice time and loves engaging with people. They give you things for free like rides to the city, guided walks in the ricefields, and snacks, tea, and coffee that other places might charge for. The place is in a good location about 5 mins by motorbike from the center. The rooms are not the most glamorous, but are perfectly n. Owners of the bed and breakfast give all guests a very welcome feeling. They take care of you als if you are their own family. The b&b is located close to Ubud within the rice fields. If you like to go Ubud they offer you a free trip. The rooms are standard but very cosy and clean. You can also have a very nice lunch and dinner at a reasonable price. After a delicious breakfast Hafan, the owner, took us for a walk in the rice fields, which was an amazing experience. After 1 day we immediatl. Mal and Afan and the boys (the owners and staff) were all amazing. Fended to every single one of our needs. It was clean, comfortable, Food was absolutely delicious and we got free transport at whatever time we wanted. They could not do more for us and nothing was a hassle for them! It was such a fabulous stay and we would definitely go back in the future! We were there for 4 nights but could have spent weeks there with the pleasant and family like company of Mal, Afan and the boys. They made o. We enjoyed our stay there and love everything that Djoyo provided! It is not only a nice B&B where you could enjoy delicious food, have comfortable sleep, but also have beautiful rice terrace view and make new friends. Our stay at Djoyo was short but great. We felt like home. That is true. Mike and his staff were always very friendly and helpful. When we arrived Mike prepared us a delicious meal before we go on a tour on the rice field. In the evening the guys that work there took us by scooter to the centre of Ubud and also picked us up there. Breakfast was delicious. We wanted to stay one more night but it was fully booked. Super friendly owner/staff- very accommodating. Everything was very clean. Although outside of Ubud, easy to rent a scooter and not too far to travel around. Nice to be away from the busy markets. Lovely view of the rice fields right out back. Loved the back yard. Food was great. Rooms are clean, and the shared bathroom is not a problem, there are just three rooms. The Djoyo b&b is a very nice place to stay! The people are very friendly and we felt very welcome.. It's nice to have a chat with the owners who can tell you a lot! They will take you to the centre of Ubud for free. Everything is very clean. I can really recommend it to everyone who goes to Bali!!! We had the best time.. The room is clean,nice and comfortable.The owner Mal and staff Afan arevery friendly and helpful. They give free rides to Ubud city and free guided walk in the paddy field near the B&B.It was very relaxing to sit in the small 'Atap house' in the garden.I'll recommend this B&B to friends who visit Ubud. This place is fantastic, it's clean, the breakfast is goos and the staff are so freindly, it sounds a bit cliche but they do make you feel like family we were genuinely sad to leave. They take you on a free tour of the rice paddies and will cook fried banana and ice cream and other treats free. This place was the best ever during our stay in Indonesia. I met great friends there. Afan, Mal and all the staff are just amazing. Always willing to help and drive to town. The place is super clean and the breakfast ! OMG the breafast are great. Can't wait to go back some day. Everything was good : the bedroom, the landscape with Rice fields, the breakfeast with the best fruit juice in bali ;), and overall mal and afan who are fabulous people : very kind, helpful and just so Nice !. Mel & his Indonesian pal are the most hospitable people you can bump into. And their cooking skills are out of this world! Try their (terribly under-priced) marinated chicken with rice in banana leaves. Beautiful location too, with pool next to rice paddies. It is a pleasant staying in DJOYO for 3 days. What's amazing about bali homestay is that you can get closer to local lifestyle and people. Really amazing place at affordable price. The owner treat us like friends. Perfect host, perfect staff, they help you arranging everything and have very good recommendations beautiful environment in the rice fields close to Ubud Pool was clean Breakfast was very good. Very friendly owners. We were extremely well fed with great daily breakfast and even tea when we were around. We enjoyed the rice field tour conducted by Afan (I hope I got his name right!). We feel like at home, with very nice persons, friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot, if we come back in Bali we ll come again for sure!. Nice padi field view. Good breakfast. everything!!!. all the best. It would of course be nice to have a private bathroom, but the room was so affordable you can't complain. In terms of value for money this is hands down the best place we've been. The only thing I didn't like was that it only had a shared bathroom that I didn't see when I booked it but anyway it was lot a problem and I enjoyed my stay there very much. Nothing. Nothing, its brilliant. The shared bathroom is not a problem because there is only 3 bedrooms. The djoyo is not in the center of ubud but just at 5 min by motorbike and it s a free service offered by mal and afan !!!. Location wasn't ideal and the private bathroom seemed old. Nothinng!. The worst part was leave them...and say good by... nothing!!!.
