The location. A bit difficult to find decent meals around the guest house unless you order taxi to go to nearby mall (Galaxy Mall).
A quite far from city centre.
-no one in this hotel is able to speak english
-nothing around, not even a simple supermarket
-dirty sheets and a smelly bathroom

Air-conditioner in our room did not work well. Pillows were very hard. Located in a housing complex, so unless you have a car, it's inconvenient for shopping and dining (nearest mall 15 minutes away by car). Breakfast was very simple (bread with margarine, or fried rice) and had to be eaten in room as there is no dining area.
