My friends and I made our way to the hotel with the least expectations considering the price we paid for our stay at Jocs Boutique Hotel. We checked in not expecting too much from the hotel. However, we were surprised by how lovely the hotel was, from the design to the staff. We even got a jacuzzi on the rooftop! We booked for a family room and it consisted of 2 huge king size beds with more than enough space. The room was spacious and even the bathroom was big too. The front desk staff were ex.
alle vurderinger » Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always smiling and ready to say hello to you whenever they saw you. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 massive beds. There was plenty of room in there and everything was fresh and cleaned daily. Location was excellent. Everything you need is at your door step and its just a short walk to the beach. Great coffee across the road. We didn't have breakfast included, but this was no problem, as there was plenty of cheap places to eat very . Since the first time we came, the staff was very friendly. And when they took us to the room, it was perfect, it was clean, spacious, huge bed. Location is close to shops, shopping centres and the beach. The stay was perfect and recomended hotel. I would definitely stay again in the hotel when I come and visit Bali next time. the staff is so friendly,,, and can speak English,,, food is wonderfull,, the rooms with 2 double beds is perfect for families with children.. melasti street is quiet then legian road,, and market across road is cheaper then legian rd... 100% perfect, no complains.. my 3rd stay here,, will always come back here,,. - the bed comfortable + breakfast nice even daily almost the same manu still consider good. - great location near kuta-legian beach, restaurants, massage shops, art market. - 10 min to 15 min walk to night life clubs and bars, along the ways side by side the road so many shops you can see. i love the the room design most. It's very unique, traditional but modern, simple but elegant. The rooms are clean, eventhough there's no view outside, but it doesnt matter for me. Internet is fast. The location is great cause its near minimart, shops. Accessible for our tour driver to fetch us. And also the guard there are helpful and friendly. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was good to see smiling faces. close to shops resteraunts and beach, and fair value for what was provided. The jacuzzi was nicely-placed at the rooftop, but the swimming pool is on the ground floor, which leaves very little sun streaming in. The hotel has a lot of mosquitoes around too, but fret not. The hotel seems to be controlling the matter by engaging pest control every Saturday (as mentioned in the compendium). Other than all mentioned above, Jocs Boutique Hotel is highly-recommended. Internet was a bit hit and miss in your room but worked fine down in the lobby. - i didnt like the shower room design, floor wet after shower. - the shower room light not bright - pool a bit small. inadequate towels, bathroom equipments are not complete (i got a bottle of used shampoo (half filled) and no change until i checked out. No hand towel. Jacuzzi was not filled with warm water. The wifi connection is so poor. You can only get wifi access at the lobby. Once you're in the room, you wont be able to access it. So me and friends will end up chilling at the lobby to get the wifi at the end of every night. Lower ground pool was not heated. The rooms were perhaps smaller than they look in the photographs. None!. Pool, jacuzi, bar and restaurant is only opened till 10pm. extension of opening hours atleast till midnight is much better. The poorly designed bathroom with a shower area that would flood the toilet and an inappropriately placed toilet paper holder. Room requires table and chairs there is no where to use laptop or read a newspaper unless its in bed and towel issue spoke to lots of people and they all had two towel s per room there was 4 of us in one room so we shared 2 towels having said that its not a great deal . Great spot. Only one key card issued for three people, a second one would have been helpful, although we managed with one. Also we had to ask for fresh water for the room several times.Not a huge problem. Stains on the bedding. Bathroom sink needed a good scrub - grime in the corners. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Television reception poor on most channels - fuzzy picture. Air conditioning did not work well - was set at 18 degrees but did not cool to below about 25. No breakfast for my room package , no view from the room, pool were small, cold and at awkward place.Can only a take dip so didn't bother about going to the pool.. Kitchen closes so early so if you decided to stay in there is no food. Wifi is damn slow. Bathroom needs renovation especially the shower and sink. Water overflows to the flow when shower or using the sink. No airport/hotel transfer. i could hear the couple next door - i had no cupboard space just 4 hangers over the fridge not enough for a 14night stay. the shower leaked. Would have preferred to have checked out later but understand they have to accommodate other guests. no signal.. they gave us a room on the 1st floor, and the wifi didnt work. no signal and no wifi. so i asked for another room. they gave us a room on the 3rd floor instead. no view from the window. Nothing. Laundry service poor and Internet hit and miss. WC smells and door must be close. Hotel location is a bit dangerous during night time especially on Legian road. Just be careful and open your eyes as there are pickpockets all around the area. No Wi Fi in rooms Tea/coffee making facilities would have been appriciated especially after a long flight and late arrival Continental breakfast was poor. the view out of the window. No outside pool. The wife connections most of the time is not working during our stay. - 2 towels by default for a 4-bed room (need to call the receptionist to get extra towels). the bathroom - quite small . the washing place was too high as the water splash all over to the cloth . For standard room there is no hair dryer and water boiling jug. Not enough shade at the Spa. Very impersonal. Bathroom floor design which fails to contain spilled water. no commend. food. Staff found it difficult to address any problems (billing or otherwise) without 'calling someone'. This process would often take 30-40 minutes. Bar on roof is overpriced, and the pool needs shade, but is convenient, and a great place to unwind. pool downstairs wish that was upstairs ,and breakfast wasnt what i was used to. Location. the location is a bit far from beach and the WiFi is only work in lobby. the water in swimming pool is so cold, the jacuzzi close too early. The Wifi was very weak in the room. The staff told us there were problem with the Wifi on that day, ask to try again the next day. But during our 4 nights of stay, there is no improvement. Luckily the wifi at Lobby was quite strong. So we go down to the lobby to use the wifi. Not comfortable room! Small and crude bathroom! Dirty towels! Bad wi-fi not tasty breakfast and disgusting coffee! Кофе вообще не кофе а какая-то темная жижа! Еда ужасная! Дорого для этого отеля! За соседней стеной отель Loft в 2 раза дешевле и в 5 раз чище и уютнее!!!. The Food. The rooms were a bit shabby and not well cleaned. I booked the room with breakfast included however this did not transfer with the hotel booking so we missed out and had to pay for it. Who's mistake was this?.
