The hotel is opulent and classy. The staff is the best we have ever
encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and
even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for
a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a
leg rub and while my polish was drying , the young man massaged my neck

Needless to say after that experience, my husband and I looted for 90
minute ful -
All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.

Brand New hotel with excellent services.We arrived at midnight but airport pickup was arranged by the hotel which was free of cost. Room was specious and very clean. Fast check-in, offered help with luggage (unlike the Radisson the week before). Plenty of bottled water in room, fresh lillies in room, request for room with bath met. Room scrupulously clean, modern decor, quiet at night so slept well. Extensive room service menu, food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast buffet very tasty as well. Staff all helpful.
