The Ashtan Sarovar Portico will definitely be my home in Delhi for future visits! The staff are friendly and very kind. The hotel's boutique design, beautifully appointed rooms and wonderful breakfast buffet make it a haven in the city. I felt secure there, and the location is convenient to All India Institute of Medical Sciences and the neighborhood shopping and restaurant district in Green Park.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the reception staff and they welcomed feedback if applicable to help improve even more. Despite us not speaking the local language, we managed to get everything we asked for or needed to our satisfaction. Some rooms have no external windows but a frosted-glass window looking at the atrium (which means no natural light and noise from the lobby). 2. The safe box was not mounted to the wall. Rooms are not very big, taxi service from hotel was expensive, better to ask hotel to help you get cab from outside, 1/2 to 1/3 the price. None. Staff unaware of good hotel work culture. Behaviour of the front reception staff was not so cooperative. Front office does not respond in a responsible manner, what they agree they dot give in terms of room location or bed facility. Very confused responses from front office.
