Always a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff/ Simple but tasty breakfast (best to request your needs not follow the menu) For a few days business in South Delhi this is great value, with M Block Market and other restaurants within walking distance.

I have to say that the staff at the hotel did everything that could possibly have been done to make my stay comfortable, relaxing and more importantly memorable.
The room was clean and pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful and well informed about the city sights. Clean location and easy access to airport.
Rooms were clean (hot water was a little hit and miss), wide variety of food was good and available almost all the time. The hotel is located in the very clean location. The staff was amazing at remembering guests by name, and caring that they were having a good time.
It's not a "hotel" but a "residence" with good service.

Attitude at reception during check in was not good, the rooms are not at all sound proof and we were disturbed by phone ringing in reception all night( we were in same level as reception, Room 104), someone entered our room using hotel electronic key without even knocking the door while we were sleeping and didn't even apologise- this is the worst experience I had in any hotel I have stayed..
Reception was good and staff friendly,value for money.
No chain or bolt on bedroom door,television tough to work out with the controls,pair of underpants thrown out onto fire escape where there when we arrived and left 2 nights,only ate breakfast there but not good hence why we did not eat at night there,would not stay there again.
The man in reception was rude, he did not get off a personal phone call to greet us or during the process of giving us the key. The room was not cleaned yet, even thou it was after 5pm. It was the most noisy hotel i have stayed in. Staff were heard as well as nearby construction noise, well into the early hours of morning. I complained directly but was still annoyed with the reception man and he didn't seem to care or understand.
The air-con never worked and they refused to put it on and also the manager screamed coz I asked for it. Very disappointing. Horrible experience.
