Staff were very helpful. For example when leaving a member of staff who was cleaning a room came without asking and took our bags downstairs. Staff able to provide suggestions for meals at night, all were good recommendations. Offered a choice of rooms, which was a nice gesture. Only 15 mins from the airport and a supermarket is opposite, so you can pick up water or other drinks and nibbles (room had a fridge).
