  Staff were very polite and helpful but in the main with limited English. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room service food was excellent and great value. We had asked the hotel to provide some tour services, airport pickup, 2 day trip to Agra etc. which were excellent value and provided with no problem. Great little hotel and would stay again without he - The staff are excellent at this hotel, offering help and going out their way to help seemed like second nature. Located in Coonaught Place, it is in central Delhi and near the metro and all the shopping. Rooms are great, clean and comfortable, good wifi and a wide selection of English TV channels. Don't be put off by the entrance to the hotel as the hotel shares the building with other businesses.

  Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. The music in - Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room. Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious. Staff friendly, efficient & helpful. Security on the door was a positive. Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

  This is a small, very well run hotel in a quiet area of Connaught Place. We would highly recommend it and would stay there again. Our room was small but well-equipped and very comfortable. Pick-up from New Delhi train station late in the evening was organized efficiently on short notice by Natasha. We had a very late flight so we checked out at noon and then were given a different room for two hours in the evening - It was centrally located in Connaught Square, near shops, bars and restaurants, with an amazing view of the city from the restaurant/dining room. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helped us to find out way around the area. Breakfasts were lovely and hygeinically prepared and you could have as much (or as little) as you liked. We enjoyed our stay very much.
