  Room was of a good size and bed was very comfy. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a tough time getting to the hotel as the airport per paid taxi driver and friend tried to scam us and convince us that they 1) didn't know the area that the hotel was in. 2) we needed to go to tourist information to find out the b... hva folk sier » lock number 3) the area was closed due to a protest. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. The immediate response and the importance given for the customers impressed us.
