We requested a bigger room and we were kindly given one - thanks to the very nice, cheerful and helpful lady who was at the front desk. There was also this guy at the front desk when we checked in and he was pretty grumpy looking and it seems like he's doing us a favour whenever we ask questions. We never saw him smile and we have no idea why this

We had a nice and modern room. The included breakfast was very tasty,
thank you! On the roof of the hotel there was a shared balcony with a
city views and tables - very nice place to be when the day is over)
Staff was really helpful, responsive and kind. Right in the front of the
hotel we've met Shiva from perfecttaxiservice.com, who showed us
most of city attractions - temples, parks, restaurants, market places.
