To be honest, by the time two hours had been reached after leaving the amazing Kolkata airport, and with my taxi driver throwing his hands up in the air, not able to find The Kei, I started to entertain the prospect of finding somewhere else to stay. Not that that bothered me too much as flexible plans are essential for any traveler to really enjoy a trip to India. Eventually reached the non-descript building and hauled my luggage up one level, almost convince the alternative hotel plan should .
